Full Time Mortgage Administrator

Office-based administration role ideally 37.5 per week, however there could be room for manoeuvre for the right candidate. Working hours are Monday-Friday with weekends and bank holidays off.

We are a growing company that prides itself on reputation and giving a bespoke service to our clients based on their individual needs. Since our inception six years ago we have grown at a fast pace and are therefore expanding our admin team to help support our team of expert mortgage advisers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the company as we continue to go from strength to strength and make waves in the local property market. Our Google reviews speak volumes about the number of happy clients we have, and it is of upmost importance to us that the right candidate for the job will only contribute to our positive client experience. Our office is a busy and vibrant workplace where no two days are the same and so you will need to be able to adapt to the needs of our clients and advisers.

Duties including but not limited to:

· Front desk duties; dealing with incoming phone, email and in-person communication with clients and third parties in a friendly and welcoming manner

· Booking and confirming client appointments

· File management, including creating new client files and keeping files up to date and compliant

· Preparing and sending invoices to clients and keeping track of payment of fees

· Carry out scanning of all documents to the system including filing and indexing appropriately to ensure accurate records of key documents are retained

· Liaising with third parties including lenders, lead sources and solicitors

The ideal candidate will have…

· Strong customer service skills

· The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work alongside several busy advisers

· The ability to multi-task, be organised and efficient

· Good computer skills

· Previous receptionist experience advantageous but not essential

· Previous financial services experience advantageous but not essential

Position can be in our Somerset Office or Exeter Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
