We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organisation, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in financial services and basic mathematical skills, who thrive in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity.
- Liaise with clients to provide information and resolve queries.
- Communicate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and insurance providers.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in financial services is preferred CeMap is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
