We are looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team in our Wimbledon Village office. You’ll be responsible for managing the rental process from start to finish, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring properties are let quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering and qualifying new applicants
- Conducting property viewings and giving feedback
- Negotiating lets between tenants and landlords
- Managing the referencing and tenancy progression process
- Maintaining up-to-date property listings
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service
- Keeping accurate records and adhering to compliance and legal standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in lettings or sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to succeed
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- Working knowledge of CRM/property software (e.g., Reapit, Jupix) a plus
