Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lettings & admin role at Jack Taggart & Co Residential Sales and Lettings in the Greater Brighton and Hove Area. The Role will be responsible for Conducting Viewings , Property management, effective communication with Landlords, customer service.
Qualifications
Administration skills
Conducting viewings at properties, showcasing their best features and discussing our products and services with prospective tenants
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Effective Communication skills
Consulting experience
Driving license
personal vehicle
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
1 year Experience (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £22,900.00-£26,000.00 per year
