What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and confidence over the phone
- Great customer service and a naturally warm manner
- A self-starter with sales flair and a willingness to learn
- Previous lettings experience is helpful—but not essential
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming visitors and answering calls at our vibrant front desk
- Organising tenant documentation and following up on missing paperwork
- Logging and tracking maintenance issues—and making sure they’re resolved promptly
- Taking rent payments, managing direct debits, and chasing outstanding balances
- Arranging and leading property viewings with prospective tenants
- Coordinating contractor work and verifying invoices
- Supporting at student-focused events to build community engagement
- Assisting with key compliance checks, including fire safety, Right to Rent, and HMO licensing
- Acting as the first point of contact for tenant feedback and complaints
