Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Sales Representative, you will serve as a vital link between our company and clients, managing enquiries and helping to drive sales of our marketing services. Your role will combine excellent customer service with sales support to ensure clients receive outstanding service and are matched with solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with clients and prospects professionally
- Provide accurate information about marketing products and campaigns
- Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions
- Assist with lead generation and qualification
- Maintain up-to-date client records and document interactions in CRM systems
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support campaign execution
- Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and professional approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Motivated by targets and eager to learn and develop in sales
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not essential
- Interest in marketing and business development
