Mack Bristol, leading fruit and veg wholesaler in the the south west area is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in a well-established and growing business. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, helping to provide excellent service, build customer relationships and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business.
Duties
- Focus on customer needs.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of produce offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Contacting potential customers and follow up
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Keep the sales area tidy and well-organised
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customer needs.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming objections from customers.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key as full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays pro-rata
- 45 hrs/week
- negotiable early start and early finish time
