We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, supporting sales activities, and contributing to the success of marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and courteous manner.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Contribute to achieving team sales targets and KPIs.
