As a Junior Customer Service Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and prospects. Your role will involve handling customer enquiries, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist in qualifying leads and booking appointments for the sales team.
- Provide product and service information to prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in follow-ups and maintaining client relationships.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth campaign delivery.
- Identify potential upselling opportunities and communicate these to the sales team.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not essential.
