Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients with general questions about our marketing services and campaigns.
- Log and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff while ensuring clear communication with clients.
- Support administrative tasks related to client accounts and service delivery.
- Help maintain up-to-date knowledge of our marketing services and industry trends.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Friendly, patient, and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (training provided if needed).
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
