We are currently seeking a friendly and proactive Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team and support customer-facing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner.
- Represent client brands and communicate key product or service information clearly.
- Assist in resolving customer questions and concerns with patience and efficiency.
- Record and update customer details accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and sales teams.
- Help identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support the setup and delivery of face-to-face promotional events and campaigns.
