Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, assisting with enquiries, providing information about our marketing services, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate information about the company’s marketing services and campaigns
- Log and track customer interactions using CRM software
- Resolve basic issues or escalate complex concerns to senior team members
- Support the team in processing orders, bookings, and client requests
- Help maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth communication
- Contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and patient approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM and other software
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently and maintain attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute to a positive work environment
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
