Junior Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this entry-level role, you’ll be the first point of contact between our clients and their customers, representing brands confidently and professionally. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers face-to-face at promotional events, residential campaigns, or pop-up stands
• Deliver excellent service and provide clear, accurate product information
• Handle basic enquiries, resolve issues, and escalate where needed
• Support team leaders with campaign setup and customer feedback collection
• Work to achieve daily and weekly engagement goals
• Maintain a professional and approachable manner at all times
• Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Ability to work in fast-paced, people-focused environments
• No previous experience necessary – full training provided
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
