Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers at events, residential campaigns, or pop-up locations to offer support and product guidance
- Handle enquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a friendly and knowledgeable customer experience

- Record and report customer feedback to support campaign improvements
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand image
- Support the setup and delivery of campaign materials at promotional sites
