Role Overview
As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, you will act as a key point of contact between customers and our marketing team. You’ll play an essential role in managing queries, providing product information, and supporting the delivery of high-quality service at promotional events and campaign activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at live marketing events and promotional campaigns
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products/services
- Handle enquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate issues as needed
- Support campaign delivery by collecting customer feedback and insights
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and campaign outcomes
- Work closely with the marketing and events teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Contribute to a positive and friendly environment at all marketing activations
