Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Specialist, you will be the voice of our company and our clients. You’ll engage with customers over the phone, provide information about services and promotions, and ensure a smooth experience that reflects our commitment to quality. This is a perfect entry-level role for someone looking to build a career in customer relations, marketing support, or communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of clients and campaigns
- Provide accurate information regarding services, offers, and campaigns
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and clarity
- Record call outcomes and feedback accurately in internal systems
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and customer follow-up
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude in all communications
- Meet daily call targets and contribute to team performance goals
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A confident and friendly phone manner
- Basic IT skills and ability to use CRM or call software (training provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- No previous call centre experience required – full training provided
