Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Your role will involve providing information about our marketing services, gathering customer feedback, and supporting the sales and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and make outbound calls to clients and prospects in a professional manner
- Provide clear and accurate information about our marketing services and campaigns
- Record customer details, enquiries, and feedback using company CRM systems
- Assist in generating leads and booking appointments for the sales team
- Resolve basic customer queries or escalate to the relevant department when necessary
- Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism on every call
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and contribute to team goals
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within the marketing sector
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is desirable but not essential
