Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, supporting our marketing efforts by handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our services, and assisting with customer follow-ups. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build confidence, communication skills, and industry knowledge in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer customer questions, provide information, and resolve basic issues
- Assist with campaign outreach and data entry for customer interactions
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure brand consistency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications
- Support the wider marketing team with administrative tasks as required
- Work collaboratively with other departments to meet campaign goals
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

- No previous experience required – full training provided
