Role Overview
As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, delivering clear, professional communication to promote our marketing services and gather valuable customer feedback. This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone looking to develop their communication and sales skills within the marketing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers as part of marketing campaigns
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about our marketing services and promotions
- Record and update customer data and interactions in the CRM system
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance
- Identify customer needs and direct complex enquiries to the relevant team members
- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude during all calls
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone
- Basic experience or interest in customer service or sales (preferred but not essential)
- Good listening skills and the ability to respond effectively
- Confidence in using computers and CRM software
- Ability to work under supervision as well as independently
- A motivated, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
