Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you will play a vital role in our customer support and outreach initiatives. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service while supporting marketing campaigns and helping to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide product and service information clearly and accurately
- Support marketing campaigns by following call scripts and campaign briefs
- Record customer interactions and update call logs and databases
- Resolve customer queries efficiently or escalate when necessary
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve campaign objectives
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to company quality standards

- Friendly, confident, and approachable phone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a target-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- No previous call centre experience required – full training will be provided
- Must have the right to work in the UK
