Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Call Centre Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic, confident, and eager to gain experience in customer engagement and sales within a call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and marketing services.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in setting up appointments and generating leads for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure positive client experiences.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align customer engagement with campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confident and persuasive with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
