Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Call Centre Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in marketing and sales, offering hands-on experience in client communication and campaign support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Support the sales and marketing team by providing information about our services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
- Assist with campaign follow-ups and lead generation.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
