Job Summary
We're currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Call Centre Representative to join our support team and help us maintain exceptional service across all customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and clients with queries.
- Provide accurate information about marketing campaigns and services.
- Log call details, update client records, and ensure data accuracy.
- Identify customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve problems promptly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude in all communications.
- Adhere to quality assurance and compliance guidelines.
