As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to support marketing campaigns. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals who are confident communicators and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls on behalf of marketing campaigns
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers
- Answer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Support the wider marketing team with campaign insights and feedback
- Follow scripts and campaign guidelines while delivering conversations naturally
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Friendly, polite, and professional phone manner
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good time management and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- No previous call centre experience required – full training provided
