We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Call Centre Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and supporting the marketing team in promoting client brands. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Promote client products and services while maintaining brand standards.
- Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Assist with lead generation and follow-ups as directed by the marketing team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to call centre operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use CRM systems.
- Previous call centre, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
