Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the call centre team by managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with enquiries, and helping to maintain accurate records. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in marketing and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to support marketing campaigns and follow up on leads
- Record and update customer information using CRM systems
- Assist with appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups
- Support the call centre team with general administrative tasks
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain high standards of customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Calm and professional approach to customer interactions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in customer service or call centres is an advantage but not essential
