Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. Your role will involve making outbound calls, responding to inbound enquiries, and providing excellent customer service while promoting our marketing services. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our marketing services and generate interest.
- Respond to inbound calls and enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our marketing solutions.
- Record call outcomes and update client information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaign goals.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
- Confidence in engaging with customers and delivering sales messages.
- Ability to work well in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic team setting.
- Previous experience in a call centre or sales role is advantageous but not essential.
