Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Call Centre Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer support, and assist in promoting our marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about campaigns, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with enquiries and resolve basic issues.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and call performance targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic knowledge of marketing or sales is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
