We are looking for someone who has competent IT skills/ past administrative experience and consider themselves to be a receptive and proactive individual to join our welcoming team. As our internal sales administrator you will be required to work closely & maintain a good relationship with our sales representatives and our sister company over in Italy. Experience using SAGE is highly beneficial for this role, though not essential as training will be provided.
Daily responsibilities:
· Answering incoming calls
· Action "Sales@" e-mails
· Pro forma invoices (UK and worldwide)
· Utilising SAGE to key sales orders and dispatch notes into the system and manage related documentation
· Managing daily payment transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
· Arranging daily worldwide courier collections
· Arranging worldwide shipping quotes for our customers
· Administration jobs/ research on new/ existing customers for Sales Reps
· Futura SPA store orders
· Explore new market opportunities for the company
· Other duties as dictated by the requirements of the Company
