We are a small, friendly team based at our head office in Berkhamsted and we are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our busy team.
This is a full-time office-based position.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all enquiries by phone taking accurate and concise details
- Progress chasing
- Project the best image of the company from the first call and throughout the sales order process
- Working with an ERP system to correctly upload customer enquiries
- Goods in administration
- Goods out administration
- Working closely with the Sales team assisting with administrative help and other ad-hoc duties as required

- Have previous admin experience
- Are confident communicating, so good written and verbal skills
- Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Good time & diary management
- Great problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks at once
- Team player
- Strong computer skills necessary, Outlook, Excel and CRM experience preferable although training will be given
- Having a proactive approach, a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt are essential
- Experience with database systems
- Experience with invoicing and quoting
The role is a permanent position, based in Berkhamsted, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.
There is no flexibility for remote working.
Salary £24-25k
Free parking, 23 days holidays.
