We are looking for an enthusiastic groundskeeper to join our in-house estates team to assist with the maintenance of a diverse range of heritage sites in the care of the South West Heritage Trust.
The role will be based at the Somerset Rural Life Museum in Glastonbury and include the upkeep of three other museum and visitor sites, the Trust’s head office, and 450 acres of historic landscape across Somerset. It will cover grounds maintenance, countryside stewardship, and premises duties, and assisting with conservation projects.
You should have a relevant qualification in grounds maintenance, estate management or horticulture to Level 3, or an equivalent level of vocational experience, and the ability to drive independently to any work location by means of your own transport or the Trust’s vehicles.
