Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in a residential home catering to adults aged 18 and over. The residents may have learning disabilities, autism, and experiences related to alcohol or drug misuse. In this temporary position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to enhance the well-being and dignity of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Monitor and report on the health and well-being of residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote independence and social interaction.
- Adhere to policies and procedures to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Shift Patterns: Day Shifts, Night Shifts, Weekend Shifts.
