Superhub is not your average digital agency. We build brands, break trends and create content that actually moves people. We’re after a creative weapon, someone who can design beautiful interfaces, build slick websites, and craft visuals that make people stop scrolling.
This role is for a Graphic, Website and UX/UI Designer with serious skills and the hunger to learn more. You’ll be working across electric vehicles, motorsport, tech startups and social enterprise building everything from brand identities to campaign microsites to viral social posts.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong design eye and digital-first mindset
- Solid experience in website design (bonus if you can build too)
- UI/UX sensibility that puts the user first and looks sharp doing it
- Social media savvy you know what performs, what doesn’t, and why
- A knack for motion graphics or a willingness to get stuck into Blender
- Comfort with chaos you’ll work across fast-paced projects with tight turnarounds
- Willing to roll weekends during the race season — no 9–5 clock-watching here
Desirable:
- Interest in EVs, motorsport, and the future of mobility
- Understanding of marketing funnels and content that converts
- Ability to think strategically while creating tactically
- Full driving licence
Location: Devon-based. No remote working.
