Job Description
Munchkins Nursery is seeking an experienced GoHighLevel expert to support our internal marketing and CRM workflows on an ad hoc basis. This is a fully remote, contract-based role for a proactive professional who can step in as needed to build, troubleshoot, and improve our use of GoHighLevel.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, and pipelines in GoHighLevel
- Monitor system performance and resolve any issues that arise
- Adjust and tailor workflows to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborate with our team to understand workflow requirements and implement solutions
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and results
Requirements
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (please include examples or case studies)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems
- Ability to adjust workflows based on business needs
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly to ad hoc tasks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with small businesses or in the childcare/education sector
- Familiarity with email and SMS campaign best practices
- Understanding of basic compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
