We’re looking for a fast, fashion-savvy content creator to produce Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok ads for JOY (www.joythestore.com) - a British fashion brand known for distinctive prints and everyday statement pieces. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to produce at least 10-15 new ad creatives per week, including:
- Street-style videos shot on your phone
- Quick in-house or BTS content (e.g. design sketches, packing orders)
- Reels, TikToks, and cutdowns optimised for performance
- Fashion-forward yet sales-driven storytelling
What You’ll Do
- Film and edit mobile-first ads for Meta/TikTok
- Capture real-life footage - models in the street, styling clips, behind-the-scenes at shoots or design studio
- Repurpose existing assets into multiple ad formats
- Edit quickly using CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar
- Follow brand guidelines, while staying agile and trend-aware
Must-Have Skills
- Strong fashion eye and sense of how to make product look desirable
- Confident using phone camera (iPhone/Android) and simple editing tools
- Experience with Meta and TikTok ad formats, especially what performs well
- Self-starter who can shoot and edit fast (ideally several ads/week)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience shooting ecommerce or editorial fashion content
- Knowledge of ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.)
- Ability to shoot in local areas (e.g. Hackney, Peckham, Soho)
- Network of friends/models who can feature in ads occasionally
