We are looking for a committed, reliable and punctual individual to assist with milkings in a 24:48 swing over parlour as part of a young dynamic team.
We milk our Pedigree Holstein herd in pairs so you would be working alongside a colleague at all times. Role involves milking, washing down , cleaning and then extra jobs available including AI and foot trimming etc to the right candidate although there are opportunities for training and courses with our excellent vets practice.
Morning milkings between 4am and 9am Or afternoons possible 3.30pm till 8.00ish, we are happy to be flexible with the rota to suit.
Experience not essential, but some preferred. Competitive salary available to be discussed dependent on experience.
No accomadation available and transport is essential. Please only apply if you are an existing UK resident local to the Honiton area.
Must be reliable and enjoy working in a calm and gentle manner around livestock.
