Role Overview:
We are seeking a well-disciplined and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our growing team. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be involved in the manual and automated assembly of energetic products, ensuring adherence to strict manufacturing processes and safety protocols. This role offers excellent training and career progression within our expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble various energetic products following SOPs and safe working policies
- Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards and report any defects immediately
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Communicate effectively within the team and across departments
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing operations (specific training provided)
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Strong practical and technical skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy with IT and numerical skills
- Own transport required (site not served by public transport)
