We are looking for a Fleet Sales Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team in Central Birmingham. In this consultative, solutions-led role, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue across a range of fleet products, including telematics and tracking systems, vehicle sourcing, and acquisition support. The position involves managing longer sales cycles, engaging with business owners, fleet managers, and directors to understand their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that add genuine value. The role offers a mix of office-based collaboration and remote working, with uncapped earning potential through a flexible bonus scheme, and provides opportunities for career advancement within the sales division.
The Ideal Fleet Sales Specialist will have;
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Particularly in fleet, vehicle, telematics, or related industries would be a huge advantage
- Ability to manage longer, consultative sales cycles and promote solutions effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Valid UK driving licence and experience selling to SMEs or transportation businesses
- Strong commercial awareness and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ambition to maximise earning potential with uncapped commissions
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating resilience, organisation, and logical decision-making skills
