We’re on the lookout for a Portuguese-Speaking Hire Fleet Coordinator to join our growing, passionate team at 4th Dimension Innovation in Egham, Surrey! If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong coordination skills, and are ready to make an impact in the motorcycle industry—this is your ride!
️ Main Duties:
- Liaise between motorcycle policyholders and internal departments to ensure timely hire bike delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule bike deliveries efficiently.
- Ensure hire bikes are prepped and road-ready—clean, serviced, and compliant.
- Manage fleet paperwork, documentation, and logistics for drivers and customers.
- Oversee helmet stock levels, replacements, and stock checks.
- Maintain and update digital fleet trackers using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Ensure fleet compliance with MOT, tax, insurance, and servicing requirements.
- Handle customer queries and assist with unexpected issues, including liaising with police or local authorities when needed.
Key Skills:
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
- Fluent in Portuguese (conversational or above).
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
- Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Minimum 3 years of coordination experience.

- Salary: £26,000 to £28,000
