Fleet Assistant
Via East Midlands are currently seeking a temp Fleet Assistant to join our Fleet Services Team for a 12 month fixed term contract based out of our Head Office in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire.

What you’ll do:
- Undertake administrative tasks on behalf of the business to contribute to the delivery of the Fleet Services
- Respond to queries in person or over the phone from internal and external customers to provide timely information or receive payment
- Accurately input and manage data in generic and Via specific IT systems on behalf of the team to support performance management, accounts payable, purchasing and revenue collection.
- Control, order and monitor the use of Fleet resources to ensure cost, quality and stock levels
- Gather and process data from all areas of the business to meet H&S legislation, Environmental and Compliance legislation and ISO requirements
- Operate flexibly to provide administrative and reception cover at each depot to enable the Fleet Service Team to maintain a consistent and high-quality service
- Plan and prioritise work to meet operational deadlines to facilitate service delivery
What we’re seeking:
- Knowledge gained through practical experience in an administrative or customer service environment
- Strong ICT skills with experience of using applications including Microsoft Word and Excel, email and the internet
- Experience of providing information to, and dealing with, internal and external customers in person or via email or over the phone
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise workload and react to customer queries in a busy office environment
