Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Monitor budget expenditures and provide insights for cost control.
- Support the finance team in various administrative tasks as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a financial administration role is preferred but not essential.
