Are you an organised and detail-driven individual with a passion for the motor trade? Garland Skoda—an award-winning, family-run dealership known for its customer-first approach—is looking for a Sales Administrator to support our busy sales team.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and professional handling of new and used car sales—from processing paperwork to vehicle registration and database updates.
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately bring new and used vehicles into stock (paper and digital records)
- Process payments and manage vehicle financing paperwork
- Register new vehicles on RAV and complete handover documentation
- Manage VW Bank vehicle entries and removals
- Coordinate pre-delivery processes (MOTs, servicing, vehicle prep)
- Update internal systems (VMS, DVLA, VW Warranty) post-handover
- Assist with audits by maintaining precise and complete documentation
- Liaise with Accounts to ensure accurate cost posting by month-end
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and time management
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence
Preferred but Not Essential:
- Previous experience in a dealership or sales admin role
- Familiarity with Pinnacle DMS or similar dealership systems
