We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Dental Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO) to join our friendly, growing team in a modern and progressive dental practice.
About the Role
As a TCO, you will be the patient’s key point of contact throughout their treatment journey. You will play a vital role in educating and guiding patients through their options, building treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clinicians by conducting treatment consultations and follow-ups
- Provide clear and confident communication of treatment plans and financial options
- Maintain accurate records and ensure patients feel informed and comfortable
- Build trust with patients and promote a positive patient experience
- Work closely with reception, clinicians, and management to ensure smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a dental environment is essential
- GDC Registration essential
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised, professional, and patient-focused
- Able to manage time efficiently and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of dental treatments and terminology is highly desirable
- Knowlege of microsoft office
