Salary: £24,500 + Uncapped OTE (£8,000)
Overview
We are looking for a confident and resilient Trustpilot Recovery Agent to take ownership of improving our Trustpilot score to a defined target. You will work closely with various teams to generate positive, compliant reviews, manage negative feedback, and coordinate targeted outreach campaigns. This is a hands-on, admin-heavy role that requires persistence, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing partners and follow up on positive customer interactions to request reviews.
- Respond promptly to all Trustpilot reviews, ensuring professional handling of both positive and negative feedback.
- Investigate recent negative reviews, resolve issues where possible, and encourage updated feedback.
- Work with Trustpilot to identify and remove ineligible or fake reviews while maintaining full compliance with legal and platform guidelines.
- Collaborate across teams to run targeted review campaigns and share progress updates with leadership.
- Contribute to ongoing efforts to increase the volume of high-quality reviews and reduce negative review frequency.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong, persistent personality with the ability to handle objections and negative feedback professionally.
- Confident communicator (phone, chat, and written).
- Highly organised and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and data simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with positive persuasion skills.
- Comfortable in an admin-heavy, metrics-driven environment.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and performance targets.
