If you've got a real people person inside of you, you've got the skills we're looking for. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying customers' needs and solving their dilemmas or problems. You'll be responding to clients' questions and processing orders to create smooth transactions and a positive experience. Responsible for working as part of a team, you'll be able to work independently, multitasking with ease while keeping customers happy.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Answer customer questions about products, services, and company policies.
- Process transactions through the till
- Merchandising of the shop
- Directing drivers to the correct fueling point
- Keep the shop clean and hazard free
- Cleaning of toilets and showers (both male and female )
Hours: 6a.m-2p.m every Saturday and Sunday (extra hours often available to cover holidays etc )
Own transport is essential as public transport does not operate at the hours required
Applicants must be 18 years old and above due to the working hours.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.31 per hour
