Job Description:
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing customer orders and payments
- Dealing with incoming customer calls
- Responding to customer emails
- General office administration
- COMPETENCIES:
- Previous Administration and Customer Service experience
- Good written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy
- Hold a UK driving licence
- Ability to manage time effective
- Organised
