About the Apprenticeship
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll work closely with our team to learn the essentials of customer support, scheduling, and office coordination. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, gaining valuable experience in communication, administration, and customer service while studying towards a recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to manage diaries of on-site staff and schedule appointments
- Respond to client and supplier enquiries via phone and email
- Assist with quoting, invoicing, and record keeping using CRM systems
- Support the internal team and surveyors to ensure smooth operations
- Gain experience in process improvement and service delivery
