Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer and Photographer to assist with the needs of a group of property related businesses. Including an Estate and Lettings Agency and a Surveying practice.
Responsibilities
- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for diverse platforms.
- Capture and edit property photographs for marketing
- Management of social media and production of content for social media
- Production of 360 Virtual Reality Tours of Properties
- Use of Drones
- Production of Photographic inventories and inspections as and when required.
Experience
- Proficiency in video and photo editing software
- Use of Drones is desirable
- Experience in photography/videography and an understanding of visual storytelling techniques.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity in visual composition.
- An interest in AI and how it can be utilised
- An understanding of social media and content is required
- Driving License and access to car is essential
Equipment can be provided. Training for any skills gaps can be provided a enthusiasm to learn is key.

Pay: £20,489.09-£29,051.56 per year
