As an embedded Talent Sourcer, you will work from first principles to identify, map, and engage world-class talent for our global enterprise client. Chapter 2 transforms our client's recruiting motions into a decisive competitive advantage.
The Role
We are partnering with a global enterprise and industry industry-leading creative brand. As their embedded talent solution, Chapter 2 will deliver more than 100 builders, leaders, and operators across creative functions. The Talent Sourcer – Creative, Design, and Marketing will own the discovery and initial engagement of exceptional talent across key functions such as Brand, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Creative Direction, UX/UI, and Frontend.
You will
- Map creative talent ecosystems to uncover top-performing professionals across marketing, brand, creative, and design disciplines for a global enterprise brand.
- Conduct deep market research to understand creative and marketing talent landscapes, from emerging designers and brand leads to performance marketers and frontend engineers.
- Execute targeted search strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage of design and storytelling disciplines, leveraging creative networks and communities.
- Track and analyse sourcing metrics to optimize outreach strategies and improve response rates across different talent segments.
- Drive high-velocity candidate discovery that identifies, qualifies, and engages world-class creative and marketing professionals.
- Build talent pipelines aligned with the needs of the Design, Product, and Marketing teams, maintaining warm relationships with passive candidates.
- Craft compelling outreach that reflects modern creative culture and the company's design-forward ethos.
