We are designers, developers, and retailers of toys, sports, leisure, home, and garden products based in the Birmingham Area. The business is looking to recruit a dynamic, Videographer/ Photographer to support content generation across the group Tandem Group plc.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Videographer and Video Editor who can capture high-quality video content and edit it to create compelling visual stories. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We do have an inhouse studio however having your own equipment, including a camera, is a requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and produce high-quality video & photography content for various digital platforms.
- Edit raw footage into polished images & videos, including adding music, graphics, and effects.
- Collaborate with the product & marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Manage and maintain video equipment and software.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brand's guidelines and stakeholder expectations.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- A tenacious, confident self-starter, with an appetite to make things happen.
- Hands-on with a desire to support colleagues with their expertise.
- A good eye for detail and an organised approach to projects.
- Responsibilities must be performed under fast-paced conditions, so the candidate must be able to multi-task multiple product categories, manage priorities and be able to handle quick turnarounds.
- IT literate with a basic understanding of the Microsoft suite (Word & Excel etc)
- Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer and Video Editor.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro,).
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current video trends and techniques.
·Own your own camera and video equipment.
Hold a driving license for a manual vehicle and be confident to drive a small transit van to shoot locations with products as required
